Sibros - CES 2024

Sibros, a trailblazer in software-defined mobility, empowers automakers with its Deep Connected Platform®. This vertically integrated system connects software and data across every ECU, enabling full-vehicle over-the-air updates, remote diagnostics, and predictive maintenance while meeting global safety, security, and compliance standards. By providing a unified platform, Sibros helps OEMs accelerate innovation and enhance connected vehicle capabilities.

CHALLENGE:

Designing a 40x40 island booth for Sibros at CES required a strategic balance of functionality and branding to reflect their expertise in automotive software solutions. The booth needed to feature four distinct areas: a car simulator as a captivating centerpiece to draw visitors, demo stations for interactive product experiences, a semi-private presentation area for in-depth discussions, and a semi-private lounge for fire side chats. The design also had to incorporate advanced AV capabilities, large-scale graphics, and lighting while maintaining a professional and inviting atmosphere.

SOLUTION:

Exhibit Options developed a dynamic booth design tailored to Sibros' requirements. At the core was a car simulator on a custom-raised platform with white halo lighting, serving as a high-impact attention grabber. Surrounding this were three double-sided demo stations with oversized countertops, integrated TVs, and blue acrylic sides enhanced by white rope lighting, offering hands-on access to Sibros' products.

A semi-private presentation area, divided by sheer fabric and accented by a triangular metal canopy with slates and lighting, offered an intimate space for product discussions. The networking lounge, featuring a steel structure draped with printed sheer fabric and faux ivy, created a welcoming environment for fireside chats.

Additional highlights included a backlit reception counter, a double-sided hanging sign, and a backlit logo wall. The design incorporated SEG fabric graphics, two-tone carpeting, and wood grain paneling for a cohesive aesthetic. AV equipment, including six 43” TVs, one 55”, two 65”, and one 85” display, supported presentations and demonstrations.

The booth successfully represented Sibros' innovative approach to connected mobility, providing an engaging and memorable experience for CES attendees.
