QSC, a global leader in audio, video, and control solutions, is renowned for pioneering technology that transforms the way people collaborate, entertain, and communicate. At InfoComm 2024, QSC aimed to deliver an unforgettable attendee experience by showcasing their products in action, emphasizing their ability to seamlessly integrate into real-world environments while providing innovative, high-quality solutions.
CHALLENGE:
The objective for QSC’s 60x60 double-deck island booth was to create an engaging, interactive space that would captivate attendees and effectively demonstrate the versatility of their products. The design had to incorporate four immersive, fully functional rooms that replicated real-life scenarios controlled entirely by QSC technology. Additionally, the booth layout needed to accommodate private demonstrations, public engagement zones, and a premium hospitality area, all while reflecting QSC’s sophisticated brand identity.

SOLUTION:
QSC’s booth design was a masterclass in creativity and technology integration. The centerpiece of the exhibit was the immersive experience provided by four uniquely themed rooms: the Onboarding Room, Collaboration Room, Vision Suite, and Entertainment Room. Each room demonstrated the full capabilities of QSC’s product lines, controlling everything from lighting and blinds to fans, TVs, phones and even a fog machine in the entertainment room.
The double-deck design featured a sophisticated top lounge, complete with a custom coffee bar, providing an exclusive space for networking and VIP interactions. In the open areas, 12 interactive demo stations provided hands-on experiences, further engaging attendees.
The backlit 3D channel letter logo and hexagonal hanging structure were thoughtfully integrated into the updated design, reflecting a commitment to sustainable practices while maintaining continuity and reinforcing brand recognition. The vibrant visuals were enhanced by vinyl and fabric wall graphics, LED lighting fixtures, and strategically placed large plex windows that maintained an immersive yet open feel. A sleek backlit reception counter completed the space, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
The result was a visually captivating, functional, and interactive exhibit that showcased QSC’s innovative technology and left a lasting impression on attendees at InfoComm.
