When AppViewX came to Exhibit Options, they needed a trade show booth that would do more than just look good—it had to educate, engage, and represent a tech-forward brand in a crowded, competitive show environment. Their message is complex (think PQC readiness and crypto-agility), so it was important the booth could break that down in a way that felt approachable, while still being sleek and polished. They also needed space for demos, areas to talk with customers, and room to show off their award wins—all within a 10x20 footprint that felt open and easy to navigate.

SOLUTION:
We designed a 10x20 island exhibit that checked every box for AppViewX—visually impactful, functional, and on-brand. The booth featured bold LED edge lighting in AppViewX’s brand colors, creating a high-tech, modern vibe that pulled attendees in. Curved structures gave the space a futuristic feel, while clean messaging panels helped clearly communicate key offerings like “Automated Crypto-Agility” and “PQC Readiness.”
Inside the space, we added a semi-enclosed demo pod with its own monitor, so the AppViewX team could run product walkthroughs and have meaningful conversations without feeling crowded. We also incorporated a sleek front counter with branded soft lighting. The soffit dueled as a built-in shelving to highlight the company’s industry awards—a great way to build instant credibility.
The flow of the booth was intentional—everything from reception to demo space to storage was laid out for ease of use, both for the staff working the booth and the attendees dropping by.
The result?
A super clean, high-impact booth that stood out on the show floor and made it easy for AppViewX to start conversations, demo their platform, and showcase what makes them a leader in cybersecurity. The team saw increased engagement, longer booth visits, and great feedback on both the design and layout.
