El Reino Infantil is a digital community for children in Spanish N°1 in the world. Their stories and songs foster key life skills, including communication, cooperation and creativity. They wanted to create an inviting and visually stunning high-end exhibit for the Licensing Expo in Las Vegas, NV. With a size of 20x40, the island booth needed to showcase their characters while captivating attendees. CHALLENGE:
The primary challenge was to strike a balance between highlighting the cartoon characters and creating an upscale and engaging environment. The booth design had to cater to the attendees' expectations while staying true to the essence of El Reino Infantil. Accommodating the necessary elements within the given space added an additional layer of complexity to the project.

SOLUTION:
To address the challenges, the following solutions were implemented.
The booth featured a variety of elements to showcase the cartoon characters, including 3D character graphics, display cases with acrylic hoods to highlight awards, and a custom half-round wall with halo lighted 3D graphics. These elements ensured that the characters were prominently displayed and caught the attention of attendees.
To create an inviting atmosphere, the booth incorporated a range of features. The flooring consisted of a 3-color inlay carpet, adding visual interest and comfort to the space. Two wood and laminate constructed arches with downlighting were strategically placed to guide attendees through the booth, enhancing the flow and creating an immersive journey. Double-sided hanging sign with printing inside and out was used to maximize visibility and provide information to attendees from different angles.
Additionally, three double-sided lightboxes and a backlit reception counter enhanced the booth's overall aesthetic appeal and ensured a welcoming ambiance.
To maintain cohesion with the convention center column, the team wrapped the column with materials that matched the booth's design. This integration ensured a seamless transition between the booth and the surrounding space, creating a unified and professional look.
As a final touch, a PMS matching spinning/rotating logo star was placed in the center of the exhibit. This attention-grabbing feature added a dynamic element to the booth, further capturing the interest of visitors.
By successfully blending the world of cartoon characters with an upscale booth design, El Reino Infantil's custom 20x40 island booth at the Licensing Expo in Las Vegas, NV achieved its goals of inviting and captivating attendees. Through careful consideration of each element and strategic implementation, the booth provided an immersive experience that showcased El Reino Infantil's brand and characters in a truly remarkable way.
