Veoneer

Veoneer is a worldwide leader in automotive active safety and restraint control systems headquartered in Detroit, MI. Before partnering with Exhibit Options, the company informed us that they would need a display for a private event they were hosting for buyers interested in seeing how their control systems function within a lifelike environment.

CHALLENGE:

Since this event was specifically being hosted for potential buyers of their control systems, it was important that the environment we created was as realistic as possible in order to aid in the demonstration process. That meant we had to create indoor assets to emulate the outdoors.

Needless to say, our design team had its work cut out for them! So how did we pull off this build?

SOLUTION:

We started with a large enough space to properly enable the demonstration. The 40'x75' floor space gave us plenty of room, but now we needed to create the "test environment" that would be on full display.

The brick we incorporated is SEG-printed fabric graphics. In fact, we actually created all SEG fabric graphics and 3D logos that were incorporated into the space. To create a "street" indoors, we utilized vinyl flooring made to look like a street, and also added mailboxes and street lamps to help complete the look. For a more authentic feel, we even printed backlit street names and made sure to incorporate functional street lights as well.

Finally, to complete the functionality of the space, we mounted touchscreen monitors to the walls so that important information could more easily be displayed and accessed by potential buyers.

The final product was pretty cool! Check out the photos below:
