Q-Sys represents the pinnacle of audiovisual innovation. They are in the business of designing and delivering versatile, scalable audio, video, and control solutions for enterprise applications. At the heart of their mission lies the commitment to empower customers with powerful, yet simple-to-use technology to create impactful experiences.
InfoComm 2023 served as a canvas for Q-Sys to demonstrate this commitment, and they did so through a sprawling 50x60 sq/ft custom-built double-deck exhibition booth, a complex structure designed to not only showcase their technological prowess but also to facilitate immersive interactions with their products.
CHALLENGE:
The most formidable challenge in constructing Q-Sys’s booth for InfoComm 2023 was the sheer scale and ambition of the project. A double-deck structure had to be more than just a visual spectacle; it needed to function as an interactive 'Experience Center.'
The booth had to accommodate multiple rooms, each dedicated to a unique demo or application of Q-Sys technology, without compromising on the flow and accessibility.
The balance between the striking aesthetics and practical considerations of space management, attendee flow, and technology display was paramount.

SOLUTION:
We approached this challenge with a strategic and creative mindset. We constructed an 'Experience Center' where attendees could journey through a series of rooms, each meticulously crafted to immerse them in the Q-SYS demos and real-life applications.
To maintain a focus on the exhibit structure while being economically savvy, the team reused the 3D Channel letter backlit logo and backlit hexagon hanging sign. This approach not only provided continuity with past exhibits but also allowed for a generous allocation of resources towards the complex architectural elements of the booth.
Within the structure, there were four separate experience rooms, including a tech room brimming with cutting-edge Q-Sys technology, and a partner area divided into four demo sections to showcase collaborations. An inviting presentation area with ottomans allowed for relaxed, yet engaging product presentations, and a thoughtfully placed waiting "line" area, complete with writing desks, facilitated the intake process without congestion.
The top deck was transformed into an informal lounge for meetings, complete with refreshments, providing a quieter space for deeper engagement. Comfort was a priority throughout the booth, evidenced by the plush carpeting underfoot, which complemented the stark white backdrop that served to highlight the bold Q-Sys logo. Strategic LED uplighting cast a soft blue glow, further accentuating the brand’s color and creating an inviting ambiance.
In a move to let the technology speak for itself, the exhibit was bathed in bright overhead lighting, ensuring the products were the stars of the show. The plethora of TVs, too many to count, ensured dynamic visuals were always within sight, while window walls offered glimpses into the bustling activity within the experience rooms. An L-shaped counter area was dedicated to Q-Sys product demos, providing an interactive platform for demonstrations.
Exhibit Options delivered a sophisticated and highly functional exhibit space that reflected Q-Sys's innovative spirit and commitment to quality. The exhibit was a beacon of design excellence at InfoComm 2023, harmonizing intricate architectural elements with the technological prowess of Q-Sys, ensuring that every attendee left with a lasting impression of a brand at the forefront of the audiovisual industry.
