MaryRuth's Organics has established itself as a beloved name in the wellness space, dedicated to creating wholesome, non-GMO, plant-based vitamins, and supplements that nurture a healthy lifestyle. Their mission, deeply rooted in the philosophy of holistic well-being, advocates for nourishment through natural and organic ingredients.
In line with their ethos of creating a ‘home’ of wellness, MaryRuth's Organics envisioned an exhibit for the Natural Products Expo West that extended their warm, nurturing brand environment into a physical space where attendees could experience the comfort and care synonymous with MaryRuth’s products.
CHALLENGE:
The primary challenge was to translate the intimate, inviting atmosphere of a home kitchen and living room into a 30x30 island booth on an expo floor. The booth had to evoke the familial, comfortable essence of MaryRuth's brand, drawing in attendees with an immersive experience that went beyond mere product display. The space needed to be inviting and functional, allowing for product sampling, information exchange, and comfortable engagement, all while maintaining the flow of attendee traffic.

SOLUTION:
Exhibit Options rose to the occasion, creating a three-sided booth structure that welcomed visitors into what felt like Mary Ruth’s own kitchen. The exterior, wrapped in seamless SEG graphics, set the scene for the warmth within.
Attendees were greeted by two large L-shaped counters: one dedicated to serving Mary Ruth’s signature liquid vitamin blends, inviting visitors to taste and experience the product, and the other offering information to engage and educate.
The interior of the exhibit was a loving rendition of Mary Ruth’s kitchen and living room, complete with a faux sink and an island bar counter where guests could sit and converse. The comfort of a home was further brought to life with two lightboxes serving as “windows” to a backyard view, and an "open" wood-framed window that added to the open-concept kitchen feel.
Central to this homely experience was a working electric fireplace that not only served as a focal point but also radiated the warmth of Mary Ruth’s brand. Wood grain flooring laid the foundation for this home-inspired booth, harmonizing with matching wood grain floating shelves that displayed products and decor.
Light sconces on the wall and crown molding on the columns elevated the sophistication of the space, with the center column featuring a TV, ingeniously disguised as a chimney. Above, a hanging sign with a printed bottom ensured brand visibility from afar, while a built-in corner bench adorned with pillows offered a cozy nook for restful interactions.
A dining room table set upon a rug invited conversations in a comfortable setting, and a 3D logo with blue halo lighting stood out, encapsulating the essence of Mary Ruth’s inviting brand image.
Exhibit Options succeeded in crafting a space that felt less like a booth and more like a warm, inviting home where each element harmoniously contributed to an immersive brand experience, perfectly befitting the Natural Products Expo West and Mary Ruth Organics’ mission.
