Helm.ai - CES 2024

Helm.ai is at the forefront of artificial intelligence innovation, specializing in developing advanced autonomous driving technologies. Their mission is to revolutionize transportation through AI-driven solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and accessibility. Helm.ai's commitment to pushing the boundaries of AI technology positions them as a leader in the autonomous vehicle industry.

CHALLENGE:

Designing Helm.ai's custom island exhibit booth for CES 2024 presented several challenges. The design needed to not only showcase Helm.ai's cutting-edge technology but also create an engaging, interactive environment for CES attendees. Additionally, the space had to include private meeting areas, a VIP lounge, and a presentation theater, all while maintaining a cohesive and branded aesthetic.

SOLUTION:

Exhibit Options crafted a dynamic and multifunctional booth design that met all of Helm.ai's needs and more. The booth featured three private meeting rooms complete with ceilings for confidentiality, along with a private VIP lounge area equipped with a barista and catering. This lounge area also boasted an LED video wall, providing VIP guests with engaging content as they enjoyed their drinks and food.

At the front of the booth, a large LED video wall created a theater-like setup, complete with black swivel lounge chairs for attendees to sit and enjoy full presentations about Helm.ai products. To enhance the ambiance, a ceiling with green LED lighting was installed to minimize overhead light interference and provide a unique cinematic experience. Ivy walls were strategically placed to balance visibility with privacy, allowing attendees in neighboring aisles to see and hear the presentations without disrupting the immersive experience.

The booth also included two large 3D channel letter logos that were backlit, adding a dramatic visual element. Below these logos, two white tension fabric signs enhanced the branding. To further engage visitors, six horizontal touchscreen displays were installed, allowing for interactive demonstrations of Helm.ai's technology.

Display cases were strategically placed around the booth, showcasing Helm.ai tech prominently. The reception counter was designed with built-in lighted cubbies, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Above, trusses rigged with additional theater lighting ensured that no part of the booth felt dark, maintaining a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout.

This comprehensive approach by Exhibit Options not only addressed the functional requirements but also successfully highlighted Helm.ai's innovative spirit, making their booth a standout at CES 2024.
