Exhibit Options designed a custom 20' x 30' rental exhibit that transformed BetterBody Foods' Expo West footprint into a vibrant, hospitality-driven brand destination. The exhibit centered around a dramatic 16-foot-tall architectural backwall featuring illuminated product alcoves for PBfit and Oatsome, creating distinct brand zones while maintaining a cohesive overall environment. Halo-lit dimensional logos, a custom illuminated "The Better Bar" feature, and integrated LED lighting delivered strong visibility and drew attendees into the space from multiple aisles.
To support both product discovery and business development, the exhibit incorporated a custom curved hospitality counter, extensive merchandising displays, and a large-format 98-inch digital display for brand storytelling and product education. The design encouraged visitors to explore the product portfolio while creating natural opportunities for conversations with retailers, distributors, and industry buyers. Wood vinyl flooring and clean architectural detailing helped elevate the overall presentation while reinforcing the approachable, premium feel of the BetterBody Foods family of brands.
Behind the feature wall, two semi-private meeting areas provided dedicated space for customer meetings, while an enclosed storage room, work counter, and integrated refrigeration supported daily operations.
