Sibros is an award-winning, connected-vehicle software company located in the heart of Silicon Valley, guided by passionate leaders with deep automotive tech industry roots, and backed by renowned strategic investors. To help market their technology, they teamed up with Exhibit Options to expand their trade show marketing platform to include CES.
Since the primary goal of Sibros technology is to "unite software, data, and diagnostics management across the product life cycle to deliver premium ride experiences," we wanted to make sure that our trade show build delivered a premium experience as well, and properly promoted the Sibros brand to CES show attendees.
With that in mind, we got right to work. Here's how we pulled off the build!
Have your own challenge? We can help.
Making sure a booth stands out in the crowd, especially at a show like CES, is always a challenge. To help draw attention to the Sibros booth, we featured a large, branded, circular sign hanging above the 30'x40' island booth space. Now that people could see us from a distance, we needed to help draw them in the closer they got to the booth — so we brought in an electric car to be prominently featured within the exhibit, all while still maintaining the functional design and booth space Sibros would need to interact with showgoers.
Next, we focused on the details to really help the space pop and encourage passersby to take a closer look.
With this booth, it was all about accent lighting. The angled reception counter featured white LED-lighting accents, and we incorporated a large light box with custom, white, LED, wood-accent slats. We also built a custom wood soffit with white LED accent lights, and featured three, double-sided workstations with white LED toe kicks and blue acrylic with white LED accent lighting.
The wood-grain accent panels gave the space some texture, while the double-sided logo pierce-cut logo wall and 3D channel letter logo helped incorporate some Sibros branding elements. The gray, matte, vinyl flooring (and vinyl decals displayed on the car) stood out well against the blue, event-space carpet. We even incorporated some privacy by installing a mesh fabric privacy wall.
