Q-SYS is a cloud-manageable audio, video, and control (AV&C) Platform built around a modern, standards-based IT architecture which enables a robust Partner Ecosystem. They teamed up with Exhibit Options to expand their trade show marketing platform to include InfoComm.

CHALLENGE:

Since Q-SYS "raises the bar for both live and virtual experiences by uniting hardware and software partners, developers, and creators," we had to make sure that our trade show build also went above and beyond Q-SYS's expectations. That meant we needed to deliver a truly memorable booth to help Q-SYS provide its potential clients with an interactive, VIP experience.

With all of that in mind, we had our work cut out for us. Here's how we pulled off the build!

Have your own challenge? We can help.

SOLUTION:

To help Q-SYS literally stand head and shoulders above the competition, we started building our plans for a double-decker booth design. We made sure to carry the branded, hexagon theme throughout the build to establish brand recognition, and opted for multiple functional spaces that could accommodate a large number of showgoers all at the same time.

We created two separate spaces both upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs space featured both an open-window, VIP-meeting room and a spacious lounge where show attendees could take a break from the hustle and bustle on the convention floor. The downstairs space featured a private meeting room, as well as a large demo area with a TV and two oversized counters so passersby as a group could learn more about what it means to partner with Q-SYS.

To complete the build and help the booth and the hexagonal theme stand out, we incorporated two light boxes on each side of the staircase, a custom hexagon staircase rail along the lounge area, backlit product graphics in the lounge, a hexagonal back-lit hanging sign and three-dimensional channel letter logo, and a center hexagon product demo area. We also carried the branding into the private rooms, incorporating the hexagon theme via LED pendant lights and a wall-mounted LED halo-lighted hexagon (both colored and white for use as a whiteboard).

The final product turned out great! Check out the photos below:
