Exhibit Options partnered with Fieldpiece, a leading innovator in HVACR diagnostic tools, to design and fabricate a bold, technology-forward 30’ x 40’ custom modular exhibit that commanded attention on the trade show floor. As an end-to-end experiential design-build agency, we transformed their brand into an immersive architectural environment — blending structural drama, integrated LED technology, and precision fabrication to create a high-performance space engineered for engagement, product education, and brand authority.

CHALLENGE:

Fieldpiece approached Exhibit Options with a clear objective: create a dominant presence that reflected the strength, reliability, and technical precision of their tools while delivering a dynamic product showcase environment. The exhibit needed to stand out in a competitive industrial trade show setting and communicate innovation at scale.

The challenge was twofold. First, the 30’ x 40’ footprint required a strategic layout that balanced openness with defined engagement zones — including a private meeting room, enclosed storage, and a premium lounge area. Second, the design needed to incorporate high-impact digital storytelling, bold architectural elements, and elevated brand visibility without sacrificing operational efficiency.

SOLUTION:

As a full-service exhibit partner, Exhibit Options engineered a custom modular environment anchored by architectural aluminum fins rising 13.5 feet high. Thirty-two powder-coated vertical fins formed a dramatic, semi-enclosed lounge and meeting area — creating depth, rhythm, and a visually commanding silhouette. Custom wood headers and base supports framed the structure, transforming the exhibit into a sculptural brand statement.

A fully enclosed 16’ high storage room and dedicated meeting space were constructed using modular aluminum frames with precision-fit Sintra infill panels. These integrated environments provided secure storage, executive meeting capability, and seamless graphic application — maintaining a polished and cohesive appearance throughout the show.

Technology integration was central to the experience. A 5 x 7 LED tile video wall delivered high-resolution product storytelling and live content activation, supported by an onsite video technician to ensure uninterrupted performance. Multiple 4K UHD displays were embedded within custom laminated monitor stands and modular product counters, reinforcing Fieldpiece’s technology-forward identity.

Brand visibility extended vertically through a 20’ x 28’ double-sided fabric hanging sign, ensuring maximum exposure across the exhibit hall. A 3D halo-lit channel letter “Fieldpiece” sign created dimensional brand impact, while a backlit acrylic face-mount graphic at the reception counter added layered illumination and depth.

Custom fabrication elements included round laminated product platforms, modular locking counters, a branded reception desk with integrated lightbox, and a fully furnished lounge area designed for extended engagement. Vinyl concrete flooring over padded underlayment delivered a clean, industrial aesthetic while enhancing attendee comfort.

Every structural element, graphic panel, and digital component was engineered for efficiency, scalability, and seamless installation — reinforcing Fieldpiece’s reputation for precision.

RESULT:

The completed exhibit delivered a commanding architectural presence that immediately differentiated Fieldpiece on the show floor. The vertical fins created visual intrigue and defined premium engagement zones, while the LED video wall amplified product education and brand storytelling.

The enclosed meeting room and integrated storage supported operational excellence, allowing the Fieldpiece team to maintain a streamlined and high-functioning exhibit environment. Elevated signage ensured brand dominance from every aisle, driving continuous booth traffic and meaningful customer interaction.
