Creating a custom 20x20 island exhibit for Epax at SupplySide West presented unique challenges. The primary goal was to design a booth that was not only functional and inviting but also efficiently utilized the limited space to maximize interaction and product display. The booth needed to incorporate various functional areas, including a private meeting room, ample storage for products and giveaways, and engaging multimedia displays. Additionally, the design had to reflect Epax’s commitment to quality and innovation, all within the confines of a compact exhibit space.

Exhibit Options crafted a sophisticated and highly functional trade show booth for Epax, utilizing every inch of the 20x20 space to its full potential. The booth featured a round hanging sign with a printed bottom, enhancing brand visibility from afar. A fully wrapped fabric exhibit with Pantone-matched colors created a cohesive and branded environment. The coffee counter was wrapped in matching colors, reinforcing the brand identity.
The exhibit included a private meeting room and a large closet for storing client products and giveaways, ensuring functionality without compromising on design. Two open meeting areas were strategically placed to facilitate discussions and engagements. Multimedia presentations were enhanced with a 75” TV and an additional vertical 55” screen displaying content, making the booth interactive and informative.
To add a unique flair and custom look to the booth, curved radii were integrated into the design, softening the overall appearance and making the space more welcoming. The dual height design, with the main tower reaching 190” and a lower tower at 151”, allowed for an impactful presentation of the Epax brand, ensuring it stood out in a crowded trade show environment. This thoughtful and efficient design not only met the challenges but also significantly amplified Epax’s presence at SupplySide West.
